Williamson county homeWilliamson County Homes Market Report - another month of increasing sales and rising prices for Williamson county real estate and in particular, Williamson county homes. 293 Williamson county homes sold for the month of April compared to 212 last year, an increase of 38%, and the median price was up to $349,500 compared to $317,250 last year, an increase of just 10%. For those of you who have been reading my posts, you are well aware that the inventory levels of all Nashville homes have been shrinking, but Williamson county homes are always in high demand compared to the rest of the local market, and right now, it's getting tough for buyers to digest the prices that they have to pay to get what they want. I was once advised by a much older wiser gentleman who suggested that if you don't like the price now, you really won't like it later.

  • 293 Williamson county homes closed in April compared to 212 in 2011, and 264 in 2010
