  • LaurelBrooke is a gated community on the north side of Franklin in Williamson county with luxury homes from $700,000 to $4,000,000
  • Hill Place in the Belle Meade area with custom luxury homes from $1,200,000 to $5,000,000
  • Princeton Hills in Brentwood with custom homes priced from $800,000 to over $3,000,000, the location of the battle of the barrels during the civil war
