Spring Hill homes sold was $204,299 and the average days on market was only 89 days. If you've been reading my posts, you know that all of the Williamson county areas have seen an increase on home sales, and Spring hill is no different.

All of these statistics are based on Spring Hill homes in Williamson county. I am of the opinion that with the eminent completion of the I-65 project and the persistant growth of corporate offices in Franklin and Cool Springs, that Spring Hill home sales will continute to be strong for the next few years.
