Williamson county homes pending sale at the end of March was 291, compared to 265 in 2010. the average price of homes sold in March was down from $395,355 to $376,295. The average list price to closed price ration was 96.5 percent. As you can see from the statistics, the laws of supply and demand are starting to become more balanced with more purchases and less inventory compared to last year. What normally follows are increased prices.
