Brentwood Homes. What this means, is that the home isn't finished, It may not even be started yet. As a buyer, it also means that all of that builder inventory in Brentwood that we were used to picking over is gone. I just did a search of
homes in Brentwood (Williamson county only, the real Brentwood), and 6 new single homes were finished and not under contract below $900,000. The good news is that prices are still very attractive, the bad news is that if you have to move quickly, your options are limited if a new home is what you want.
