New Franklin Homes Are Getting Scarce
Almost all of the
new homes in Franklin have been purchased, and the builders have cut back significantly on the amount of inventory of finished homes they have. While searching the
Franklin MLS today, I noticed that 88 new Franklin homes are listed, but only 14 are completed. Some
Franklin homes haven't even been started, and are scheduled for completion in 2011. If you plan to Buy a New Franklin home in the future, don't wait too long to get started. More than likely you will have make your selections, put down your deposit, and wait. Make sure your buyers agent (hopefully the Brewer Team), knows the financial situation of the builder.
