Nashville real estate decreased 21 percent in July for the first time this year. It was totally expected due to the first time home buyer tax credit and move up tax credits expiring in June. Year to date,
Nashville home sales are up 11.5 percent, and should now go back to a more balanced market.
Nashville real estate prices continued to rise with the median price of homes up 5.7 percent over last year at $181,000 compared to $171,100. To search for
