I'm only interested in Foreclosure Homes - Nashville Real Estate
Nashville real estate - During my open house last week, I had a visitor from Ohio, who needed some help, and since she didn't know anyone in
Nashville, I was the lucky one. She said that my listing looked great, but she was only interested in foreclosures.
I try to make a habit of going with flow, don't make waves, the customer is always right. But in this case, she was wrong.
I showed her a few foreclosure and short sale homes, and then I explained what she really needed to know.
The area she wanted to live in (Franklin), doesn't have a very good selection of foreclosures or short sales. Most of the best real estate deals are people who just want to sell their house, and they have priced their home in some cases comparable to short sales. WIth the advantage of the home being in better condition, and not having to negotiate with a bank for months. So even though buying a bank owned property may be the best approach in Ohio, it's not usually the best approach in Nashville Tennessee.
We do have some fantastic Nashville real estate deals, but the banks usually don't own the home.
