April Home Sales in Brentwood
Brentwood home sales for the month of April increased over the month of March by 16 percent. Prices of brentwood homes sold increased by 11 percent to $786,600. With 599 homes still available, inventory is still very high for the amout of buyers in the Brentwood market. If you want the bargain of a lifetime, call me.
