Brentwood Homes - March of 2009 has been a really challenging month for Brentwood homes - With the economy being slow, and the cold, rain, and snowy weather that we had in March it's hard to believe that buyers would venture out to look for a home. Even with all of that, houses were still selling, and at a much better rate and price than anyone would expect, if you watch the news.
List price to sales ratio of Brentwood homes was 95 percent, Hopefully this will tell buyers what to expect, and realize that most homes are priced correctly, and the savings are already priced into the home. Well priced homes in good condition will sell quickly, especially with the inventory of inexpensive Brentwood Real Estate at an extremely low number.
