Maket Report for Franklin tn Home sales for the moth of March 2009 - 2009 has been a really challenging for Franklin real estate. With the economy being slow, and the Obama administration telling us how much worse it's going to get unless we do what he says, it's amazing that people were brave enough to get out in the cold, rain, and snowy weather that we had in March to look for a home. Even with all of that, houses were still selling, and at a much better rate and price than anyone would expect, if you watch the news.
List price to sales ratio of Franklin real estate was 96 percent, Hopefully this will tell buyers what to expect, and realize that some homes are priced correctly, and will sell in a matter of days. Especially with the inventory of inexpensive Franklin Real Estate at an extremely low number.
