The conversation started with " I fired my real estate agent because she wouldn't listen to me". Would you be willing to help me. I know what I want, and I'm paying cash for the house, but this other agent didn't want to help me.
.How do you answer that? First by asking a lot of questions, and then listening. It's the hardest thing to do for some people, but if you don't listen, you cannot find out what your customers want.
