I couldn't contact my realtor
I don't know how many times I've had buyers visit my open hoses in Nashville with tales of making an offer on one of my homes, but nothing happens. THe next week they show up again, and I ask them "what happened". I couldn't get my realtor to call me back, is the usual answer.
