My Kind of Customer
Spring hill real estate - I've noticed lately that most of my clients fit a similar profile, and I can't understand why it happens. I don't advertise to any specific demographic group, but for some reason I end up with the same type of client every time. Does this happen to other Realtors? I've never noticed it before, but it's happening to me.
Someone asked me how was was able to find nice customers all the time, and my answer was that I didn't know, but I was glad that it happened. Every sale I've ever had, was with honest clients who appreciated the professional attitude I brought to the transaction. I don't know where the problem clients go, but I hear about them constantly.
My typical client is honest, ethical, educated about real estate trends and transactions, and usually knows what they want. Makes you wonder why they need my services. That's where the educated part comes in. They know my services as a buyers agent are free to them, but I can make sure they get the best price, and that all the bases are covered. If they have a home to sell, they usually have heard about the fsbo game and understand that it usually nets less, and creats a lot of work and stress for nothing.
I really appreciate my customers, do you appreciate an honest realtor?
