Ladd Park homes - located on the south east side of Franklin close to the peytonsville exit at I-65, and just north of I-840. Ladd Park homes have had a tough time in the last few years in due to bad timing and primary access to the neighborhood from one of the most difficult exits on I-65. Turnberry is also still building in Ladd Park and they are focused on homes in the mid $300,000 up to $400,000 with sizes in the 2500 square feet to 3300 square ft size.
Goodall is focused on more affordable floor plans and has an entry level home at 2450 square ft that they have been selling for less than $300,000. Ladd Park should be considered as an alternative to Mckays Mill if you are looking for a new home in Franklin below $400,000.
