Abington Ridge is Drees community on the east side of Franklin. With new homes ranging in size from 3000 square ft and in price from $400,000, Abingtion Ridge is a good value for newer Franklin Homes. The location of the community allows for easy access to I-65 at highway 96 and a short commute to downtown Nashville or the Nashville airport. Since Abington ridge is just outside the limits of the Franklin Special school district, its excluded from the extra tax and it's zoned for higher rated schools.
